Existing invited users can continue using the app. Support responses may prioritize account security, access issues, and active incidents before feature requests or general product questions.
3. Privacy and Data Rights Requests
For access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or consent-withdrawal requests, use the email address shown above.
LedgeLog may ask for reasonable identity verification before acting on a request. Where possible, include:
- the email address linked to your account or waitlist record;
- the type of request you are making;
- any relevant date range or account context; and
- your preferred export format, if you are requesting portability.
Data exports are normally provided in machine-readable formats such as JSON or CSV, depending on the data type.

Security concerns, suspicious activity, abuse, or vulnerability reports should be sent to the email address shown above. Use a clear subject line such as Security report or Abuse report so the issue can be triaged quickly.
